This modern style 3 bedroom Terraced building is one of our completed project. We were able to give a professional touch and change the whole appearance of the property.

Our client was looking to have a complete renovation done to his beautiful 3 bedroom house - this is where our team got a chance to shine and showcase our decades-long experience. The whole house was refurbished with new floors and new carpets including under floor heating in ground and first floor.Existing partition walls were demolished and new walls were built.New doors and windows were installed. The house was rewired accordingly to ensure the adherence of safety regulations of UK. Entire house was repainted according to the clients taste. Everything was handpicked the design to blend effortlessly with the property's existing aesthetics. Our team retiled the bathrooms and added a quality finish to the bathroom and bedroom floors, which effectively increased both the life and value of our client's property.

Extending a house is the perfect way to make up for lack of space. The rear of the building was extended to rebuld a brand new kitchen allowing your kitchen to become the heart of your home.Brand new countertops, cupboards ,bespoke flooring have been installed and finished to a very great standard.The open kitchen diner looks fabulous with modernised equipment.New patio door has been fixed leading to a beautiful garden.

Contemporary garden has been designed with flower beds arranged to either side of the grassbed. New fences have been fixed.Easily accessable pathways have been created to walk across.

New loft had been buid by demolishing the roof.The loft conversion was astounding from the inside – lots of natural light flooded in the bedroom. New floor boards with new carpets have been placed.New window panels and doors have been fixed. The loft space built has been converted to another bedroom.An extra room was built in the loft which leaves plenty of space for storage.

The clients were over the moon with the added space and the pitched roof dormers improved the look of the property.
