Loft conversion,rear extension and double storey side extension

Our client wanted to renovate  and expand their 4 bedroom semi-detached property to provide greater kitchen/living space with the increased quality of light and connectivity with the garden, and also to add a couple of extra bedrooms. The architects proposed a new side extension. The existing side wall has been demolished to create a double story attached to the existing semi-detached property. The side kitchen wall was removed, and a new steel beam installed to support the existing structure.

The ground floor renovation included creating a new boot room, Utility room  and a decent sized garage to fit a nice family car. A boot room with a separate entrance was built to store  or organize all your boots or shoes, and also to protect your hallway from all our muddy boots after a muddy walk. Utility rooms are handy for keeping laundry out of the way. All the appliances have been fixed and are made ready to use. The garage has been fitted with remote fully automated roller Doors. Complete electrical has been done, few storage cabinets to store the tools and a stylish - tough PVC garage flooring  has been installed.

The first floor was designed to have a glorious 2 double bedrooms with plenty of natural light. A new bathroom was fitted with modern units and the finishing was done to perfection. The heating, plumbing, wiring done to this property adhere to the UK regulations.

An extension was made to the rear of the property which allows maximization of links to the garden and creating a beautiful large kitchen open diner. The kitchen and the dinning are almost 10m*6.5m. To maximize the supply of natural light into the kitchen, a set of bifold doors have been fixed. Our clients were able to enjoy a splendid view and have access to their garden space with the use of bifold doors.

Finally, a new loft was built to create a very spacious office room. Building an office in the loft is a great way to utilize the wasted space in the roof and to create a perfect working environment. Large storage shelf have been built.
