Side extension and partial refurbished on the existing house

Project description

This project was to build a kitchen side extension to a 3 bedroom semi-detached house. The side return extension has created a new hub for the home, allowing for an open kitchen-dining area where the family can socialize together, with plentiful storage and connection to the garden.

An Extra Utility room has been built next to the kitchen to allow even more space to the kitchen. The existing Utility room has been redecorated to high standards to give an additional touch to the house. Brand-new doors and windows have been fixed. Along with the kitchen, bathroom renovations deliver the most bang for your buck when it comes at the time of sale. The existing shower room has been fitted with new shower units, sink. All requests of the clients were considered and taken action upon.

On site changes were made to the plan as per our client’s specification. Our Client was thrilled with their brand-new kitchen and bathroom.
